We know that tax matters can be stressful and confusing. We are happy to answer any questions you have at any time.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your tax return is accepted electronically by the IRS your refund will be deposited in approximately 2 weeks directly to your bank. If you chose to have it sent to your home, the approximate time to receive your check is 3 weeks.

How can I find my refund from the IRS?

Taxpayers who have not yet received their tax refund can go to irs.gov/es/refunds and click on Check My Refund Status or through the IRS2Go app with their mobile phone.

How do I speak to an IRS representative?

Call 1800-829-1040 until they answer you and choose option 2 to communicate with a representative in Spanish.

Can I prepare my taxes from previous years?

Yes. You can prepare your tax return for previous years. The IRS requires you to file a tax return each year. You will need to bring your Form W-2 or Form 1099 and any other documents that affect your tax return.

What is the ITIN number in the U.S.A.?

An ITIN, or Personal Taxpayer Identification Number, is a number used for tax processing, available only to certain resident and non-resident aliens, their spouses and dependents who cannot obtain a Social Security number (SSN).

ITINs are issued regardless of immigration status because both residents and foreigners may have tax obligations to file Tax returns.
